We have so many ways for you to garner support this year! We truly want organizations that work with children & families to feel like you have a team of support and encouragement with us. Here are a few offerings to make your lift feel much lighter:
- Invite Dr. Amber & Dr. Amy to a lunch and learn workshop for your team – we’ll talk about how to support your staff during times of uncertainty & offer practical tips and tools about how to communicate with children of all ages.
- Virtual lunch with Dr. Amy on St. Patrick’s Day, Tuesday, March 17, at 12:00 pm – Great Expectations: Leading with Strong Backs and Warm Hearts. This free workshop is meant for directors, administrators, and leaders in organizations who are mission-driven. If you feel torn between leading with heart AND having great expectations for your staff, you’re not alone. We’ll discuss how to find this balance, review practical scripts, and discuss ways to address this feeling for the long-run. Join us here.
- Are you in Lane County? February 20 at 12 pm PST: Lane County Providers Lunch & Learn – free, practical tools and connection for those serving children and families locally. Join us here.
- Attend or host a Cards for Connection Conference – we already have two dates on the calendar – one virtual training in April and one in-person training in Central Oregon in October. If you’re interested, the link for our April conference is LIVE, or you can email certify@doctoramyllc.com about our October conference.
In the meantime, here’s a free resource for you – because getting help should be easy. It is important now, more than ever, that you feel supported as an individual and as an organization. We can’t simply self-help our way out of overwhelming times; we need tools, leadership, and guidance from trusted partners.
We’re here for you in 2026!
