Two announcements plus a bonus!

This week, I’m announcing TWO fabulous events in the world of Dr. Amy, LLC.

First, my book with Dr. RJ Gillespie has one a distinguished award! The Society for Scholarly Publishing has awarded our book with a Gold Epic Award for 2025. The Epic Awards acknowledge individuals and teams driving innovation and impact across scholarly communications. It’s a bit of a pinch-me moment. I can’t believe I even wrote a book. And now, it’s won an award. It continues to humble and amaze me the reach our book has had and the number of lives and healthcare practices it may transform. So, if you haven’t gotten your copy yet, I hope you have a chance to soon.

Second, Dr. Amy LLC is moving! As of May, I’ve relocated to Central Oregon. For my clients and the organizations I work with, my move has no impact on you. I’m committed to continuing my work, and I already travel a great deal across our beautiful state and country. But for those of you in Central Oregon – watch out! I’m so very excited to be your neighbor. I’ve already reached out to several early childhood programs and pediatric groups nearby. I even get to end my summer with a day in Madras with an incredible group of early educators. Woot!

And…drum roll…this also means that we’ll be hosting our FIRST EVER Cards for Connection training right here in Central Oregon. More on that to come, but if you’re interested in getting on the waitlist to attend our very own conference featuring my signature curriculum, just email me back and say, “I’m in!” Or you can email us at certify@doctoramyllc.com – I cannot wait to see you in November.

All of this, on top of my daughter’s surgery, a graduating senior, and ALL.OF.THE.THINGS!!

Next week, you just wait – I’ll be filling our newsletter and socials with posts of my son Jack, as he graduates on Friday.

Until then, cheers to growth, accomplishments, and big moves!
